We always look to support local school charities and events whenever we can, through performances and events that raise awareness of traditional Chinese martial arts culture and lion dance.
July saw The Eagle Claw Kung Fu School UK Lion Dance & Demo Team, performing at St Edmund Campion school in our local town of Maidenhead. Helping to support and promote their annual summer charity fundraising day.
On a scorching hot day, the team gave a great performance of lion dance and Chinese martial arts, to the many children and parents attending the event through the day. The crowds certainly enjoyed the spectacle, finding it unique and unlike anything they had seen before.
Post-performance our team stayed to answer questions on Chinese Lion dance and take lots of photo’s, creating a very memorable day for the school and all who watched.
